Playing catch up on a senior session from this past spring! Erik was a Clayton High School senior class of 2017! He was an active rugby player, apart of the swim team, and FFA! We had a ton of fun hitting the field for some photos in his rugby uniform, then around downtown for some casual, FFA and cap n gown photos!

Last Christmas was my third year shooting the Riley family. The second year they asked me to shoot in their home. I absolutely LOVE the Riley home. It is just chalk full of charm, character, and decorated to suit when it was built. It is just plain homey.
This is a TRUE lifestyle session. In or at a client’s home or doing an activity that they like to do. These types of sessions are my ABSOLUTE favorite. They are just real, raw moments in a place that you’ll always remember. (Not at a “location” that is teaming with every other photographer in town.) Although, I do have some favorite spots for those must have outdoor fall foliage locations!

I absolutely adore the Laughter family. When I was asked to do their family photos last fall I was thrilled! The kids have SO much personality and it shines through in each of their photos! They came prepared with some cool shades, a dolly, and a light saber! Nothing but fun, and laughs the whole time!

Let’s back up to fall when the weather was a lot cooler! Jeans…boots…long sleeves!
I was super excited when I got to shoot my eldest daughter’s best friends! They even brought along their fur sibling to get in on the photo action! We had a perfect evening to walk through the park and have some fun!
Just because your kids start to “grow up” doesn’t mean that you should quit having their photos done.

So, it has almost been 9 months since I took these adorable photos of the Taylor family. I got to keep their secret for them until they were ready to share the photos with everyone last fall. Now, they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their little GIRL in July! I’m sure everyone is excited to meet the new precious bundle! Especially, big brother!! Make sure to wish the Taylor family lots of love, luck, and prayers while waiting for their new little one to arrive!
