My Littlest’s preschool did a field trip to Lazy O Farm this past week (it had been rescheduled from the week before due to rain). We enjoyed a lovely sunny and dewy day out at the farm!
Our tour started off with a hayride around the farm, then the kids were able to go “pick” their pumpkins out in a field. My Littlest is pretty particular, so it took some time to pick out just the right two.
Our tour then continued with some playtime at their playground, then learning about what an outhouse is, seeing and feeding some of their animals, and then into a fossil room! The kids each had a turn at bringing a bucket full of water up from the well. After all of their hard work they had earned some snack time in the barn!
We loved the farm and hope to go back again soon! Keep checking the blog for more photos from the farm, as this set was just from the pumpkin picking!
